Sierra Air Helicopters offers spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding landscape. It's our desire to give you an un-rushed, luxurious experience as your knowledgeable pilot guides you over the sights.
When you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by one of our professional pilots who will escort you to your awaiting helicopter. We operate a Robinson R-44 four seat helicopter that can accommodate three passengers. Each passenger is provided with a noise canceling headset and their own window to take in the sights. The helicopter is also equipped with heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

North Tahoe Tour
See Tahoe in a whole new way on this flight across the North Shore. You'll depart the Truckee-Tahoe Airport and head South, climbing over towering mountains. As you pass over the mountains, you'll be greeted by a stunning view of the entire lake. From here you'll descend and turn west as you cruise along the coast.
To your left you can look out across the lake and see the casinos on the South Shore. To your right, enjoy views of Tahoe City and the Truckee River Dam. Then you'll head up the Truckee River, passing Squaw Valley as you make your way back to the airport.

Sand Harbor Tour
Sand Harbor State Park features pristine sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and large boulders that rise out of the lake. It's a site that can only be appreciated from a bird's eye view. Relax in style as you fly along Tahoe's North Shore on your way to Sand Harbor. You'll get great views of King's Beach, Incline Village, and The Ponderosa Ranch as your pilot fills you in on the history of the area. When you arrive at Sand Harbor, your pilot will circle overhead to allow you to get the perfect shot.

Emerald Bay/Lake Tour
This is the ultimate guided tour of Lake Tahoe. Get on board your private helicopter and sit back as your pilot takes you around the entire lake. Enjoy the sites as your pilot fills you in on the history of the lake and the surrounding area

Step 2: Give us a call and talk to our helpful staff. We need to know:

> The number of people in your party
> The weights of everyone in the party
Step 3: We'll take your payment over the phone and then you're all set. We except all major credit cards.
We ask that you arrive at the Truckee-Tahoe Airport terminal building 10 minutes before your tour starts. In the event your tour is canceled due to weather or maintenance we will do everything we can to reschedule your tour or refund your money. We ask that each passenger weigh 260 pounds or less.

Tours Depart from the Truckee-Tahoe Airport
From I-80 exit South on 267. Turn left on Truckee-Tahoe Airport Rd.
From Tahoe City drive north on 89 towards I-80. Take I-80 East then exit South on 267. Turn left on Truckee-Tahoe Airport Rd.
From Kings Beach and Incline Village Take 267 North (N Shore Rd.) Turn Right on Truckee-Tahoe Airport rd.
When you arrive at the airport, your pilot will meet you in the main terminal building and escort you to your awaiting helicopter.
